All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
• Includes full tracking and insurance

2. Free Shipping (Orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
• Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every blade we sell. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our straightforward return process ensures your collector’s peace of mind.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
  • Request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • No signs of use, sharpening, or modification
  • All protective coatings and factory seals intact

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Any knife showing signs of use or sharpening
  • Butterfly knife trainers that have been disassembled
  • Personalized or custom-ordered blades
  • Multi-tools with removed packaging

Return Process

1 Initiate Your Request

  • Reason for return/exchange

2 Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, you’ll receive:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Detailed return instructions
  • Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
3 Package & Ship

Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation and ship to:

4 Processing

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt. You’ll receive email confirmation when processed.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Important Notes:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are customer’s responsibility unless due to our error
  • International returns may be subject to non-refundable customs fees

Exchange Information

For exchanges:
