While we meticulously inspect every blade before shipment, we understand that occasionally a return or exchange may be necessary. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all original packaging
- Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- The product must not show signs of use, sharpening, or modification
- All protective coatings and factory seals must remain intact
Important Note on Non-Returnable Items
For safety and legal compliance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any knife that shows signs of use or sharpening
- Butterfly knife trainers that have been disassembled
- Personalized or custom-ordered blades
- Multi-tools with removed packaging
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Request

- Your order number
- Product name and quantity
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Photos of the item (if applicable)
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll email you:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Detailed return instructions
- Prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging with all included materials. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your return is processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error
- International returns may be subject to customs fees which are non-refundable
Exchange Information
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the original is received
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
